Places to hang out in Cebu City at night
Cebu is a small place. It's not the as the same size as Manila. Services like accommodation, technology, transportation are also available, pretty much like any other city do. One thing that we can't deny is the size of the island. Roadways are small even large vehicle does have some difficulties in some areas. Cebu is a metropolis with less activity at night. It feels like a ghost town in most areas. It is a city with a soul of a province. Most commercial areas like IT park, Business Park, commercial areas are open for operations where some basic services are available at night. When you go outside those certain areas, there's nothing... There's no way to go. At night, it would be great if you have your own vehicle, rent-a-car, or taxi (if your budget allows you to). Roaming around Cebu is a unique experience on its own and quite challenging at the same time. If you have extra time to roam around, why not? Here is the list of places I recommend to my friend
