Improved roads in Sta Cruz Liloan
As I roam around find good roads on my extra free time on weekend. I just realized Sta Cruz Liloan has improved road way from Yati leading up to the mountains. New fresh road constructions are visible in recent months. I believe this is big improvement for Liloan.
